We describe systems, workflows, and capabilities. We do not guarantee leads, appointments, revenue, jobs, conversion rates, rankings, or any other business outcome. Any figures, examples, calculators, or illustrations on the site are exactly that — illustrations, generally based on inputs you supply — and are not projections, promises, or representations of typical results. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MY USA HOLDINGS LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS, GOODWILL, OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00).

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to the site are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and we agree that the exclusive venue for any such dispute is the state or federal courts located in Gwinnett County, Georgia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at hello@myusaholdingsllc.com with a written description of the dispute and to allow us thirty days to resolve it informally. Most disputes can be resolved this way.

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the site. We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the revised version with a new effective date; continued use after that means you accept the revision.
