Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 15, 2026
1. Who we are
My USA Holdings LLC ("My USA Holdings," "we," "us," or "our") operates myusaholdingsllc.com and the products and services described on it. Our mailing address is 1560 Indian Trail-Lilburn Rd, Suite 111, PMB #286, Norcross, GA 30093. You can reach us at hello@myusaholdingsllc.com, 1-855-716-9872, or 1-678-726-9872.
2. Scope
This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information in connection with this website and our business communications. It does not govern information we process on behalf of a client under a separate written agreement; in that case, the client controls that information and its own privacy practices apply.
3. Information you give us
When you submit a form, request an audit, or contact us, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, business email address, company name, telephone or mobile number, website, service area, information about your business operations and systems, your message, and your consent selections. Our forms ask you not to submit sensitive personal information, and you should not do so.
4. Information collected automatically
When you visit the site we and our analytics providers may collect your IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, and dates and times of access, using cookies and similar technologies. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect how the site functions. We do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, because no common standard for them has been adopted.
5. Calculator inputs
If you use the Growth Leak Calculator, the figures you enter are estimates you supply. If you choose to send them with an audit request, we store them alongside that request so we can review them with you. The calculator's output is an illustration based on your own numbers. It is not a projection, a promise, or a guarantee of results.
6. How we use information
We use information to respond to your inquiry; to schedule and conduct audits, consultations, and meetings; to provide, operate, support, and improve our products and services; to send transactional messages such as confirmations and reminders; to send business communications you have asked for or consented to receive; to maintain records of consent; to secure our systems and prevent fraud or abuse; to analyze and improve the site; and to comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
7. Text messages
We send text messages only to mobile numbers for which we have obtained express consent, and consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchasing any product or service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply from your carrier. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message, or by contacting us by email or telephone using the details in Section 1. We honor opt-out requests made through any reasonable method and will process them within ten business days. Reply HELP to any message for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not share mobile opt-in information or consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes, and we do not sell or rent mobile numbers or opt-in data.
We retain records of consent and opt-out, including the language shown to you and the date and time, so that we can honor your choices and demonstrate compliance.
8. Email communications
Commercial email we send identifies us, includes our physical postal address, and contains a working unsubscribe mechanism. We process unsubscribe requests promptly and no later than ten business days. Transactional messages — such as a confirmation that we received your form — are not marketing and may still be sent after you unsubscribe from marketing email.
9. We do not sell your information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not package inquiries into lead lists for sale to third parties.
10. When we share information
We share information only as follows: with service providers who process information on our behalf and are bound to use it only for that purpose, including website hosting, database and cloud infrastructure, email delivery, telephony and messaging, scheduling, customer relationship management, and analytics providers; with professional advisers such as lawyers and accountants under duties of confidentiality; in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will continue to protect the information and will notify you if it becomes subject to a materially different policy; and when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, legal process, or a governmental request, or is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of My USA Holdings, our clients, or others.
11. Retention
We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, and afterward for as long as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Consent and opt-out records are retained for at least four years, which corresponds to the federal statute of limitations applicable to claims of this type.
12. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and restricting access to personnel who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
13. Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct, update, or delete the information we hold about you; withdraw consent you previously gave; opt out of marketing email or text messages; and ask how we have used your information. Contact us using the details in Section 1 and we will respond as required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
14. State privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law — including the right to know or access the personal information we have collected, the right to request correction or deletion, the right to obtain a portable copy, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising, and the right to appeal a decision we make about your request. Because we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is nothing to opt out of in that respect. To exercise any right, contact us using the details in Section 1. You may use an authorized agent where state law permits; we may ask for proof of authorization and may need to verify your identity before acting. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our response, and we will inform you of the outcome and of any further options available to you.
15. Children
The site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
16. Where we operate
We operate in the United States, and information we collect is processed and stored here. If you access the site from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
17. Third-party sites
The site links to other websites, including websites for our products. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of sites we do not operate, and we encourage you to read their policies.
18. Changes
We may update this policy. We will change the effective date above and, if the changes are material, provide a more prominent notice. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
